Lifestyle Homes of Distinction, Inc., and its sister company,
Prudential Lifestyle Realty were again both nominated, and chosen as Sky High Growth Award winners by the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce. This makes multiple years that both companies have been honored this distinction.
PARADE OF HOMES WINNER 2005, 2006, and 2007
Lifestyle Homes was honored during the 2007 Parade of Homes by receiving more awards than any other builder in the area. The Creekside Townhome design at Pinebrook Farms had the distinction of winning the Gold Award for Craftsmanship and the Blue Ribbon for the Master Bedroom Sitting Area. The Bungalow design at Pinebrook Farms took the Silver Award for Craftsmanship in the single family home category and the Blue Ribbon for Kitchen Design. The Bungalow also received the prestigious Realtor’s Choice Award. The Canterbury model at The Orchards of Flat Rock was the 2007 Silver Winner for Craftsmanship in the townhome category and the Blue Ribbon for its Sunroom design.
In past years, The Wildes at Chunns Cove won a Silver Award as well as a special "Judges Award" for wood flooring and porches by the Asheville Parade of Homes. This was the second year in row that The Wildes at Chunns Cove arts and crafts design had won an award and one in a line of many for Lifestyle Homes of Distinction, Inc. Lifestyle Homes of Distinction won a Gold Award in the 2005 Parade of Homes for designs still used at Pinebrook Farms.
BUILDER Magazine 2004 Top 100 Builders
Bruce Alexander, President of Lifestyle Homes of Distinction, Inc., was featured in Builder magazine as one of the Top 100 Builders, nationwide, representing the Epcon patented design quadroplex home. Epcon ranked 40th, increasing its 2003 number of 43rd. The Epcon design is featured at Hamburg Crossing in Weaverville, Wynnshire Ridge in Hickory and The Orchards of Flat Rock in Flat Rock, NC.

Lifestyle Homes of Distinction received The National Award for Franchise of the Year and Most Sales by Community in 2005, the highest award given by Epcon Communities. The Franchise of the Year Award recognizes outstanding performance by members along with other criteria such as superior level of quality and service.
