    Three new single family courtyard homes have just been introduced into the neighborhood featuring a private courtyard--patio area and the popular Arts and Crafts exterior design. Plus, these new homes offer the same maintenance free benefits of the town home ownership.

    Take I-40 West to Exit 44. At end of the ramp take a RT onto Smokey Park Highway (19/23 South). Go 2.9 miles and take a RT onto Dogwood Rd. Entrance on RT. Proceed to clubhouse.
