One Visit is All it Took
It took only one visit, to Asheville, to decide we wanted to spend the rest of our lives here.
It took 1 ½ years to find the perfect home, in the perfect location. We did in Pinebrook Farms.
Our ideal home was an arts and crafts style in a planned community with a clubhouse and lots of
amenities and beautiful mountain views. Lots of floor plans allowed us to find the perfect layout.
At first we wanted a town home backing up to Reems Creek. Then we chose and built a single home
with a layout that fit our lifestyle. A terrific building staff made it a pleasure to build and get
the home we dreamed about. Great neighbors have made it the right choice for us. Location is very
important when you lead an active lifestyle, especially when you retire early, and this location is
just right with shopping, restaurants and easy access from I26. About 12 minutes to downtown
Asheville and half that time to the UNCA campus allows us to use the city frequently, after all that’s
what we moved here for. We have a great community, in a beautiful setting, in a price range we could
afford, what more could you ask for?

Parade of Homes
Having viewed a number of dwellings featured in the Parade of Homes over this past weekend completely
solidified our choice for buying in the Vistas! We wrote a little ditty to illustrate this:
V - Value in a beautiful venue
I - Intriguing, inviting floor plans
S - Surprisingly close to downtown, the NC Arboretum, and Blue Ridge Pkwy.
T - Top quality construction and materials
A - Amenities which add comfort and fun (I LOVE our pool)
S - Solid, reputable company (y’all have been great to work with)
No doubt about it, the Vistas of Westfield is the BEST place to call HOME!
