HOME SWEET "TOWN" HOME
Moving into Wynnshire means you can start living!
Freedom from household responsibilities allows you to enjoy an active social life and re-introduce yourself to hobbies. My enjoyment is volunteering at the Hickory Community Theatre.
Living here is a combination of people, places and things...Getting together for activities ( potluck dinners, pool parties, BBQ's, games etc. ) or just relax on your patio.
In the summertime, folks walk along lovely lawns and don't have to mow them.
In the fall, we stroll among changing colors and don't have to rake the falling leaves.
In the winter, we hold the beauty of the snow and are pleased not to shovel.
In the spring, we relax with the new season and maybe plant a few bulbs, bushes or seeds.
The real bonus is, I now have a built-in-family of neighbors... Can't beat that !

Spectacular Location
I grew up in Hickory, within 5 miles of Wynnshire Ridge.
When my wife and I decided to leave our home on Lake Hickory Wynnshire was our first choice. For several reasons, the location, the neighborhood, the lifestyle (low maintenance) plus we were able to have our babies (2 Bichon Frieses). Also, my wife enjoys creating her flower garden.
We feel anyone looking for a friendly and happy atmosphere; Wynnshire is the place to live.

As a retired military officer, I find it very convenient that Wynnshire Ridge is located within a 4 hour drive of Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps facilities. The closest military facility is Fort Jackson, only 2 hours away.
Wynnshire Ridge offers upscale living without all the cost involved in maintaining a large single family home. Wynnshire Ridge appeals to the active and established professional and business person, yet offers the element of relaxed living for those who are retired.
Without doubt, I have found Wynnshire Ridge to be ideal!
Wynnshire Ridge offers residents a great living environment. The amenities are awesome and include our pool, outdoor grill and fireplace on the pool deck, the club house with full kitchen and theater TV, and a well equipped workout facility. All these provide for a wonderful and convenient social and recreational venue...it is really like coming home to a resort.
Within a short driving distance to restaurants, sports bars, supermarkets, medical facilities, local churches, shopping malls, dry cleaning establishments, public and private golf courses, and downtown Hickory, Wynnshire Ridge is ideally located.
