Great news! J.D. Power and Associates this morning announced that the Prudential Real Estate Network ranked "Highest Overall Satisfaction for Home Sellers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms" in J.D. Power and Associates' 2010 Home Buyer/Seller Study. This represents the second time in three years our Network has been named for the distinction, which underscores your high leadership standards and the true quality of your companies. In short, you've excelled through varied market circumstances and selling customers have acknowledged your skill, expertise and service.
This distinction comes on the heels of additional great news from our Relocation Division. Trippel Survey & Research LLC, a customer satisfaction research company specializing in relocation data, ranked Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services first among several of the largest firms providing relocation services in its 16th annual Nationwide Relocation Survey. And, earlier this year, PRERS ranked first in overall satisfaction in Trippel Survey & Research's sixth annual Relocation Managers' Survey on International Policy and Service Providers' Performance. |

Distinction Creates Playhouse for Charity Auction

This
playhouse was designed with childhood fun in
mind!
The United Way of Asheville & Buncombe County, The Asheville Radio Group, and the Asheville Home Builders Association want to extend a HUGE thank you to all the folks who made this year's Parade of Playhomes possible! Together, we have raised $9000 so far by auctioning these playhomes at the Home & Garden Expo (one playhome is in negotiations)! This is an incredible charity event that we are so proud to be a part of- and have been excited to have this opportunity to showcase the work of our very own Association Builders!
The
building is constructed from 2x4 walls that are
trimmed with Hardi siding and real Cedar Shake
shingles. This playhouse is constructed as well as
a real home. From the asphalt shingles on the roof
to the Tyvek wrapped walls and the tape sealed
double hung windows, this is a playhouse any child
would be thrilled to play in. The interior is
finished with a vaulted ceiling in smooth drywall
with all of the windows and doors trimmed with 1x4
casings and it is painted in a soft tan color. The
floor is 3/4" tongue and groove plywood that is
covered with tan indoor/outdoor carpeting.
