WNC Lifestyle Communities Wins EPCON Communities Highest National AwardEPCON Communities announced WNC Lifestyle Communities, an affiliate of Lifestyle Homes of Distinction in Western North Carolina, received The National Award for Franchise of the Year and Most Sales by Community in 2005. The company received the awards at a special ceremony February 28th at EPCON's 8th Annual Convention in Naples, Florida. Bruce Alexander, Owner of Lifestyle Homes accepted the award on behalf of the company.
The Franchise of the Year Award recognizes outstanding performance by members. Selection criteria include supporting EPCON’s philosophy of business, willingness to share with other members and commitment to the quality that EPCON embraces. According to Tom Rothrauff, President of EPCON Communities, “When we think about the award we look for someone who is achieving success and the company’s willingness to extend themselves to the community. Bruce Alexander is always willing to help others at the expense of himself and does it in a selfless manner.”
